As a fitness professional with over 30+ years of experience in the industry, Maura has created her lifestyle around teaching and empowering those to move their bodies. She began her instructing careers in the Pilates arena, finding and creating new exercises to target specific needs for her clients and has continued her research further to help the body with activation techniques.
Maura is a dynamic Exercise Science professional with experience working with a variety of individuals of all ages and aims to continue to impact and inspire others through her natural love for exercise, health and wellness.

Wendy Hauser - Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor & 200HR RYT
Wendy Hauser's fitness career spans over 40 years with certified teaching experience in pilates, yoga, aerobics, strength training, gymnastics, swimming, pre & post-natal exercise, step aerobics, senior aerobics and International Fit Bodies Instructor. As a former K-12 Physical Education, High School gymnastics coach, Wendy learned early in her career how to meet the needs of all learners. Today, Wendy has focused her practice in downtown Chicago, and continues to guide students of all ages and abilities using the principles of Pilates to build strength, balance, and coordination. Wendy is dedicated to supporting the seamless integration of activity into their daily lives while allowing her clients to safely and confidently challenge themselves with endless possibilities for movement. Wendy is dedicated to inspiring movement for all and differentiating instruction to build upon individual strengths and support their needs.
